The Intelligent Community of 2009 will be named from among these Top Seven Intelligent Communities: (1) Bristol, Virginia, USA, (2) Eindhoven, Netherlands, (3) Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada, (4) Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, (5) Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, (6) Stockholm, Sweden, and (7) Tallinn, Estonia.
This year, for the first time, the ICF gives the chance to record the popular vote on which community deserves to be the Intelligent Community of 2009. While the vote will not count in the final assessment, the vote will show how the general public ranks the Top Seven communities.
