CyberportCyberport is an investment project of the Hong Kong SAR Government and managed by the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Ltd. The project is located on a 24 hectares public land and the overall investment was about 2 billion US$.

The area contains three distinct units:

  • (1) a large housing project, about 2,800 deluxe residences in a series of high rising buildings,
  • (2) a commercial and entertainment centre and a 5 stars hotel (Le Meridien),
  • (3) the Cyberport business and innovation complex with cyberport 1, 2, and 3 buildings, which host a creative community of people and companies that can use state-of-the-art platforms and labs for media production, testing, and commercialization. A hi-speed fibre optic cable offers connectivity and broadband services.

To help develop human capital and market, the Cyberport IncuTrain Centre collaborates with various organizations and platforms internationally to provide entrepreneurs with technology, training opportunities, business matching and networks support.
