The European Commission together with the European Business and Innovation Network has published a new guide for those working at the interface between innovation and entrepreneurship. The handbook for these so-called innovation-based incubators was launched earlier this week at the Week of Innovative Regions in Europe conference in Granada.
As well as showcasing several case studies, the guide sets out a number of invaluable tips, including advice on strategic aims, networking and evaluation. It will therefore be a useful tool for stakeholders such as managing authorities or enterprises looking to foster innovation in their region.
