SmartUp the City 2017 Innovation Award for Smart City and Smart Building Startups contest is the first for new technologies, services and business models in real estate and real estate management.
degewo is a municipal housing housing association in Berlin with around 1,100 employees, approximately 67,000 flats and apartments in its residential portfolio and more than 6,000 in external real estate portfolios. Degewo is present in all of Berlins districts.
According to the contest proposal applicants can be founders and startups who are active in the area of Smart City, Smart Building or PropTech and develop and implement innovative projects in the real estate sector.
